By ordering with Phetch by Phydeaux. the customer agrees to have fully read and understood our terms and conditions. The following is a list of our terms and conditions:

INTERNET ORDER POLICY

Internet orders are subject to credit card verification and are processed the same day if order is received before 1:00 PM EST or the next day Phydeaux is open, otherwise.  All orders are subject to availability and limited to stock on hand. We make every effort to fill orders completely and quickly. Occasionally, our inventory will be incorrect, and we contact you ASAP.  We have a right to refuse any order, for any reason.

Phetch by Phydeaux requires that each order contain the correct name, billing address, CVC code and zip code for the credit card used. Orders with incorrect information will not be filled.

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery orders must be placed with the store you'd like your order delivered from.  Orders placed outside the delivery area of the Phydeaux store where the order was placed will not be filled.

Delivery orders placed before 1PM will be delivered that same day.  Orders placed after 1PM may still be delivered the same day, but no later than the next day Phydeaux is open.

Deliveries will be left at the front door, if another drop-off location is not arranged.  Phydeaux makes no guarantee of what happens to delivered merchandise after the delivery is complete.

Phetch by Phydeaux employees are all full-time employees, and are not allowed to accept any sort of gratuity under any circumstances.

Please note, a valid address is required for all deliveries.  Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.

We offer a "Special Delivery Instructions Or Comments" section at checkout if you would like to specify specific delivery instructions. We will make every attempt to meet your request.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY

For free "in-store" pickup orders, you must pick your order up at the Phydeaux store the order was placed from.  We will process your in-store pickup order as soon as we receive them.  They are ready for pickup when you receive an email about your order being complete.  We generally fill these within minutes of receipt.  We will not ship or deliver your order if you select this option.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We arrange, on your behalf and responsibility, shipment with FedEx to make the delivery.

 

• We do not ship ouside the US.

• Ultimate liability for package is between you and the carrier. (FedEx).

• You are responsible for any return shipping charges.

We ship via FedEX Home, FedEx Overnight, or FedEx 2 Day.

 

All orders must be received and processed BY 1pm Eastern Time for fulfillment and shipping that same day.

• FedEx Home - approximately 1-3 business days in transit

• FedEx 2 Day - 2 business days in transit

• FedEx Overnight - 1 business day in transit

 

Please note, a street address is required for all shipments. We DO NOT ship to a PO BOX address, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, Hospitals, Military Bases, Colleges, Cruise Ships and Hotels.

 

We offer a "Special Delivery Instructions Or Comments" notation if you would like a specific specific shipping instructions. We will make every attempt to meet your request.

 

All orders shipped outside of NC are not subject to NC state sales tax.

All orders picked up at any of our locations are subject to NC sales tax.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds are allowed only for a product that is still new, with its original packaging.  Exchanges and store credits are subject to store approval, and vary from item to item.  Please ask a Phetch by Phydeaux staff member about return policies for individual items.  It is the customer's responsibility to return an item to the store from which  the item was purchased for a refund or exchange.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are sold on the website, value is determined when entering quantity. The card contains value which may be used to purchase goods with the exception of other cards. The gift card may not be redeemed for cash and the unused value remains on the card. Phydeaux is not responsible for the lost, stolen or damaged gift card or any unauthorized use. Unless as required by applicable law, the gift card may not be redeemed for cash and the unsed value remains on the card.

 

PRIVACY/SECURITY POLICY

Phydeaux respects our customers' privacy.  No information is sold or given to any outside parties.

Shopping with Phetch by Phydeaux is safe. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to protect your credit card security.

If you are not comfortable using the Internet to order, you can always call your Phydeaux local store and place an order over the telephone.
